We have had a backup running now for 32hrs. It is reporting it is backing up MonetDB.Please can you assist in stopping this backup and checking the health of the FMC.We are running FMC for VMWare, version 6.7.0.2.

You will most likely need to open a TAC case to resolve this as they will need to advise you an a cli level intervention to kill a running process.
