pppoe negotiating only 100mb in asa

Hi All, 

I have BT broadband, I connected ASA 5525 and using PPPoE. The broadband itself is 400MB but the firewall interface that connects to BT is showing only 100MB. Its set to auto negotiation. 

ciscoasa# sh int GigabitEthernet0/0
Interface GigabitEthernet0/0 "Outside", is up, line protocol is up
Hardware is i82574L rev00, BW 1000 Mbps, DLY 10 usec
Auto-Duplex(Full-duplex), Auto-Speed(100 Mbps)
Input flow control is unsupported, output flow control is off

As soon as i hardcode to 1000mb and full duplex, then i loose internet.. Not sure where the issue is. Any help is much appreciated.

May be contact BT support is good option, since you have Gig interface not able to negotiate with correct speed here.

Most likely the BT side only supports 100Mb.  As already mentioned you need to contact BT to verify their side of the connection.
