Hello,
I have a Cisco Unity Connection 10.5 cluster with some users that have been imported from LDAP. I made a few changes to the User Template that I have used to import these users. Is there a way for me to re-apply the user template to these users, or would I have to delete and re-create them? It seems very odd that there is no way to apply a template to an existing user....

The template is only used when you create/import the users, it will not affect exiting users.

Thanks for responding. I know that a user created by a template will not be affected by changes to a template, but my question is: Can I apply an updated/new/modified template to existing user(s)?

Hi,
you can not use template to modify existing user in Unity, but you can use Bulk Administration Tool.

I tried using the Bulk Edit tool, but that failed. I have a TAC case called in for that.
