call transfer between ip phone extensions failing

call transfer between ip phone extensions failing in the same CUCM cluster ver: 10.5.1. when tried pressing transfer call gets dropped and phone resets. Restarted both PUB and SUB.

Executed command utils diagnose test and it gave an error:

test - tomcat_memory       : Failed - Tomcat's memory usage is unusually high.  Use the 'utils diagnose module tomcat_heapdump' command to generate a memory dump for further analysis.  Note, creating the memory dump will increase CPU usage and disk I/O for several minutes.  Web services will also be disabled while the memory dump is generated.

Is this has something to do with the issue.

replication is ok. PUB and SUB both are on the same lan.

Yes it was working b4. the call is between two ip phones registered to the same cucm cluster. Both nodes are in the same lan, rather same subnet.

I have encountered this issue with a 88XX series phone model with recording enabled.

By any chance , do you have a similar setup?

It would be worthed to collect a set of ccm traces and console logs from the phone for determining the root cause though.
