I know that there is a callmanager simulator that you can install on your pc, so it is easy to develop xml applications to the phones. Does any have a link to the cm sim?

You could try the phone services emulator from the Hot Dispatch website:
http://www.hotdispatch.com/cisco-ip-telephony/iptel-resources.html
The "Developing Cisco IP Phone Services" book has the CallManager simulator on the CD:

I am not aware of a seperate download for the CM Sim.
If you just have the IP Phone, it's possible to run services on that phone without the CallManager, though the setup is a bit convoluted. Try either of the above solutions first.

Kind regards

Heheh, sometimes the solutions are closer (and easier) than we think. Now that you mention it I do recall seeing it there.
Thanks for pointing that out, and letting everyone know where it is!
