Hi,
My Sales person just order BE6K from Cisco with version 9.x I am now waiting for it to arrive.
My question is, is it possible to change the version of CallManager to 10.x ?

You have to work with licensing if you have ucss yes you are entitled to it
It may take some emails back and forth
