I have installed Jabber Version 11.0.1 and version 10.5.2 on the Call Manager and Presence, and the option Click 2 Call is not working anymore after upgrade it. Before was working the option Click 2 Call with jabber Version 9.2.2.
For this reason I need get logs from the outlook 2010 with the following option :
The new Presence/Person Card logging can be enabled by creating the following registry key:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common\General]
Dword: EnablePCXLogging
Value:1 = Enabled
Value:0 = Disabled
With this registry key in place, logs will be created in the following folder location:
“%localappdata%\Microsoft\Office\15.0\PCX\Tracing”
I have followed all these steps and This folder never appeared even with admin rights, could someone give to me some advices related with Click2call, Presence, Jabber or the process to get these logs.
