Expressway MRA: can I use certificates issued by internal CA for both expway-C and expway-E?

can I use certificates issued by internal CA for both expway-C and expway-E? That is just for lab purposes and we do not want to procure a public CA.

Yes, I have all my lab signed by a MS CA and MRA works fine, for production, you definitely want to have AT LEAST, EXP-E signed by a public CA
