Hi all,

 

 

Can the manager via his phone do something so all the calls go directly to him without go first to the Assistant?

Hi,

There is no such option on the manager IP phone to divert the calls to the manager from the assistant phone. The working of IPMA shared line and proxy line mode is explained in the Features and services guide

I have one more question do you know if theres any limitation for the CUCM 9.1 version when I want to configure 2 Assiastant to 1 Manager?

  • One manager can have up to 10 assigned assistants.
  • One assistant can support up to 33 managers (if each manager has one Cisco Unified Communications Manager Assistant—Controlled Line).
