Problem with cisco dx650 touch screen

Symptom:
DX650 does not respond to touch in some cases. Notification pop-up is not active for the touch in some cases.

Conditions:
Issue has been seen with white DX650, when touching notification area of the device.

Workaround:
None

Hi Sam,

suggest upgrading to latest 10.2(5.212)SR4 even the workaround has not been mentioned in bug  else open TAC case .
