Set up alarms in prime collavoration

Hi all , 

I use prime collavoration  assurance ver 11 .Right now the server send me only critical alarms .

I want to know if there is critical alram and after period of time (let's say 5 min) it get cleared is poosbile that

I want get the email ?

Any idea? is this the right  place for the question
