Is there a way to record content when you dial into your pmr so that it's viewable on the record? I recently have had instructors attempting to record their courses as a single participant dialing in from a Touch 10 and after the record is published there is only a view of the presenter and not any of the content shared. I've had to have them dial in with their mobile device and/or local PC to allow for a second participant for content to show on the record but just curious if there is a better and easier way.
