SRST MOH Streaming from Flash

I have successfully configured MOH to stream from a remote site's flash on a router. However, when I put a user on hold, it works for a couple seconds and then the router crashes :) Has anyone seen this? I am running 12.3(11)T5 thinking about upgrading to 12.3(14)Tx

This issue will only be experienced in IOS 12.3(11)T4 or 12.3(11)T5 and is resolved with 12.3(11)T6. 12.3(14)T or 12.4(1). Field Notice:
