Hi
When we take BE7000/BE6000 servers it comes with the VMware and when we added support it also have the support for VMware, so what type of VMsupport we get along with the package servers?
I means to say in case there is any issue which require VMware troubleshooting, it should be front ended by Cisco TAC or not?
Thanks and Regards

See here under support row
If purchased is FND or HYP, it is through TAC

If the VMWare license is purchased through Cisco, support on the hypervisor is also provided by Cisco. The main difference is the TAC team - FND and HYP are supported by the Collaboration team, and STD, ENT, and ENT+ are supported by the TAC Server Virtualization team.

Yes we got BE7000H server with proper support from Cisco. as this is package version so this is Cisco UC Virtualization(VMW-VS5-HYP-K9) but Cisco TAC has provided some document related to
Cisco ISV1 Services
I do not know what is that and why this is different than the normal support we should get on the VMware?
Thanks

ISV support is typically for the VMWare STD, ENT, or ENT+ licenses. SWSS should have been included with the BE7000.
