Hello,
we have purchased for our datacenter two new Cisco ASR1001-X.
On both of them the TenGigabitEthernet interfaces have no coniguration [1] , no SFPs and no cables connected.
In both of them we see errors (input, CRC) [2] on TenGigabitEthernet interfaces.
The errors increase even though the TenGigabitEthernet interfaces are shutdown and there are no cables connected on them [1].
Any idea ?

This is normal, I've seen this as well. No shut then shut the interfaces down again. Also have you applied the licenses for the 10G interfaces (seen that give out errors as well). Otherwise the 10G int. won't work. I have seen interfaces not shutdown with no cables attached send out errors but it's usually a cable management packet trying to see if the other end is up. I bet if you plug in a cable back to back in the routers the errors will go away.

Thanks for your effort. I reply bellow.
>> No shut then shut the interfaces down again.
I did it again, the errors continue to increase on 10G interfaces.
>> Also have you applied the licenses for the 10G interfaces (seen that give out errors as well).
When I did no shut on 10G interfaces it prompted me to accept the license. I replied yes. The 10G interfaces are not used.
>> I bet if you plug in a cable back to back in the routers the errors will go away.
I do not have spare 10G SFPs.

Yes. There is a bug in release 16.3.4 specific to ASR1001-X. It is fixed in 16.3.5 but I have not tried it yet.
