Cisco Nexus-9372px not able to exicute any comman

we have purchased two nexus 9372px...but when it start to send below error and after login as admin and no any command execute..

It seems you are logged in not into the Nexus shell, but into internal OS shell.

Is this a new device? How much time after power-on you observe these messages?
