 We have Cisco 2911 appliance, and we need to renew its security license. What is the part number of the license to request it, or how to know the part numbers from the appliance to do it.

Cisco 2911  - This product end of Life long back you wont be able to get any new License from cisco.

at the time EOL ISR 4K was the replacement, they also going end of life soon other than 4451 may have bit longer

For Longer life you need to look for Cat 8K Models.

Based on the info you provided, you don't have a security license installed on your device.

As @balaji.bandi mentioned, the ISR 2900 series has been EOL/EOS for some time and unfortunately you cannot buy anymore the respective license.

Yes, that is the security license, but like a mentioned in the previous post it has been discontinued and cannot be ordered anymore.

The same document you mentioned also mentions the replacement license for CISCO2911R-SEC/K9 which is ISR4331-SEC/K9.

Also the ISR4331 has been announced EOL/EOS in 2023 and the replacement for it is the Cisco 8200 or 8300 series:
