High CPU on Cisco 6500

Hello,

I'm facing a high CPU usage on a c6500 (VS-S720-10G) and can't figure out what is causing this high CPU usage.

This high CPU is causing high RTT and some timeouts. 

Please need help

Well it does not appear there is a process consuming high CPU when you ran that command.  Is the CPU cycling through periods of high usage and not-so-high usage? Check:

show proc cpu history

I've done almost everything and can't find where this high cpu usage is coming from
