Mixing "bandwidth [kbps]" and "bandwidth percent [%]" in LLQ

In a LLQ configuration, can you mix "bandwidth percent [%] " statement and "bandwidth [kbps]" statement within the same policy-map ?? CCO url says you cannot.

But if you read the URL that I pasted here, it says, you can mix these 2 statements between the PRIORITY QUEUE and the REGULAR DATA QUEUE.

But there is no explanation on how the actual bandwidth allocation works when you use something like,

policy-map policy3

class voice-percent

priority percent 500

class data1

bandwidth 30

class data2

bandwidth 20

. The following is an interesting link that explains almost everything, except how the BW is allocated. Does anyone has a clearer understanding of how this works ? Please email me at Purush.Nammalwar@Norstan.com The link that I am talking about is, http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios122/122newft/122t/122t2/ftllqpct.htm#xtocid14

Thanks in advance.
