Can csa prevent windows service stop?

does anyone know how to make CSA prevent users from stopping running service in windows?

i want to prevent user from stopping TrendMicro AV service from service.msc

Doesn't Trend Micro itself have a password protection to stop this exact thing ?

Hi Jan,

We are aware of that, but it still can be stopped by stopping / disabling the TrendMicro service through Windows services (services.msc). That's why we need this feature.
