CCNA recertify with CE credits

I'm CCNA Route and Switch certified and need to renew my certification.  Can I renew my certification with taking a Cisco certified training class that offers CE credits or do I need to also pass an exam to renew.  I'm looking at taking: Implementing Cisco Enterprise Advanced Routing and Services (ENARSI)  course and looks like it will offer 40 CE credits.  If I take this class and submit my CE credits will that renew my CCNA R&S certification?

Thank you for your response and I've looked at the page, but I'm still confused with the recertify portion.  I see where is says Exam and Continuing Education Options with Associate - 3 years with the Earn 30 CE credits but is that saying I need to pass the exam and 30 credits or if I just earn the 30 credits I'm recertified?  sorry this part is confusing to me.

as per i know you can recertify with  CE 30 credits  or writtern exam mentioned in the document.
