i'm working on trustsec solution and i have to propose a virtual network architecture using ise (identity service engine) ,nexus 1000v, router CSR, radius server, active directory, ASA and others services like ntp dhcp .. could you help me please?

The Nexus 1000V (or any Nexus switch) is not a supported device in the ISE Compatibility Matrix.

Cisco has designed them as data center switches, not access.
