I m working in ISP .. To one of my client using ftp server.and his bandwidth is. 20Mbps leased line. At time he complaint upload speed is almost down 30 to 40 kbps at times. At that time I will release speed to 40 Mbps he will get upload speed of 20 Mbps can anyone tell me what is reason for down of speed...it occurs randomly ..
Can you test it with something more impartial like iperf3? This could be an application issue, customer configuration issue, or a million other things.
