Inlet 8100 Upgrade to 7.x firmware

Hi,

We have some Inlet 8100s that we use for HLS. We want to try the new H.264 codec that was released with the 7.x software. We have Smartnet so we can download the software. However it also seems to need a license code. Anyone know where to get it? Thanks.

The updated license will need to be purchased through your sales contact or a 3rd party vendor.  If you do not have access to either of these please let me know.

1. Whats the part number for the license

2. Is it possible to get a license on eval as we would need to see what it gives us before buying licenses

The PID is L-SPN-H264-LIC-U
