Dear All,
We have installed VSOM 7.6 on the USC C3160 server with RedHat LInux 6.6. but when we are starting VSOM, it is giving error called "Startup pf mysql server failed".
When I check mysql.log file it is saying
"Stopping any default MySQL database server... 160201 17:17:41 mysqld_safe Starting mysqld daemon with databases from /usr/BWhttpd/vsom_be/db/mysql/data
/usr/BWhttpd/vsom_be/db/mysql/bin/mysqld: error while loading shared libraries: libpthread.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
160201 17:17:41 mysqld_safe mysqld from pid file /usr/BWhttpd/vsom_be/db/mysql/data/mysql.pid ended"
Please kindly help us to troubleshoot this issue...
Thanks
