How to unsubscribe myself from receiving email

How do I unsubscriber myself on the email list. I logged in online to do so

but it still has me subscribed and I cant seem to find a way to get it

unsubscribed.

click above on 'your stuff' then pick something like profile, you get a tabbed page.

select the 'email notifications' tab, there you will see all the discussions you are following and can

unsubscribe there.
