cause high CPU usage ???
I have 2 C6509E CPU usage up to 99% at the same time, and both of them have this diagnostic events.

What is the IOS version that you are running. This may be a cosmetic behavior.
I can confirm that after knowing the IOS version.
Also, could you please share the "show proc cpu sort | ex 0.0" output (atleast 3 iterations of this output in a file)

From the logs i dont see any high CPU. I would request the output to be capture when the CPU is high.
Do we know when did we start seeing the above diagnostic event logs. Was the below command issued before you noticed these logs:
- show diagnostic result module all detail
May be you can check that from the tacacs logs if you have them configured.
most likely this is a cosmetic behavior.
