Cisco 2960 lanlitek9 IOS issue

Hello guys,

Need help. I have a problem with my cisco 2960 IOS version. Its not booting. I am trying to boot using boot command but i have this error - 

Error loading "flash:/c2960-lanlitek9-mz.122-55.SE7/c2960-lanlitek9-mz.122-55.SE                    7.bin"

my 2960 are new. i dont have any FTP,SFTP connection to dowload new IOS. Only my PC Cisco and Console cable. Any ideas what shall i do and how ? may be upgrade IOS ?

Console into the switch and reboot. We want to see what the switch is trying to do.

is the boot command you are executing correct? i guess you are trying to boot from the switch: prompt. make sure you specify the correct boot location and file name.

also make sure this platform supports the image. whats the part ID of the switch?
