Thanks in advance

Software upgrade must not change the config. Now you need to get a console cable to look at the switch.
Does it at least ask for user and password right?

Yes it asked for Uname and password, but the old password is not accepting now. It was accepted previously (before the firmware upgrade)

If you are sure you are enter the right credencial and it does not accept, you will need console.
On suggestion is try to use HTTP or https.
If not possible also, then console it is.

I tried to connect to it through Console and also through SSH, via Putty, but the same it is not accepting the admin password.
It happened after the firmware upgrade. It was accepting the creds before the upgrade.
I did update few switches (same model) but none of them give me this trouble.

Unfortunatelly you need to perform factory reset.
Go to the session "Recovering from a Lost or Forgotten Password"
