EIGRP through tunnels

Hi There,

Thanks for reading.

I have WAN routers which ping each other, have tunnels up / up (those IPs ping) and can ssh from one to the other.  My problem is tunnels are not allowing an EIGRP neighborship to form.  No auto-summary is included in EIGRP config.  The tunnel infs are set to no-passive in EIGRP.  And there's no EIGRP traffic.  I have route-map commands settag and denytag lines marking routes as 99 IN and denying 99 routes OUT (on the remote side).

Debug route-map events on remote side is blank: nothing logged.

I just found debug eigrp ? (instead of debug ip eigrp ?).  Got more output.  This keeps repeating.  NSF Send timer looks interesting.

Hello

WHRT shows your tunnels are shutdown and also you dont have any network statement in the eigrp process for those tunnels
