I need your help because I am unable to understand on my own where the problem is.
Long story: Subnet 188.241.240.0/24 was used via BYOIP with OVH (AS16276) in Germany even though it was still routed via my ASN 57403 from Romania where I have other peerings (I don't understand exactly how it works because I don't have nothing configured in my BGP session with AS16276, but if you are interested, 188.241.241.0/24 is also used via BYOIP with OVH currently).
To give up BYOIP for 188.241.240.0/24 all I had to do was announce that subnet via BGP with my peering with AS8708 and AS8953 respectively. After a few days I realized that I can't access the OVH network via IPv4 at all using any IP from 188.241.240.0/24 and I asked them to delete BYOIP for that subnet, they deleted it and everything went fine.. 2 weeks.
Suddenly the OVH network became unavailable again, only this time I can't in any way convince the OVH people that they have a problem.
What I want now is to find out how I can highlight if and where they have a problem in order to solve this unfortunate situation.
