Problem with power supply

Hi everyone,

I have one problem, I bought some routes (of the same lot) and two routers I had problem with the power supply.

I opened RMA to first and second, but I think weird two router of the same lot with problem in power supply.

Remeber, the enviroment it is according with the datasheet .

TAC to have physical problem?

Quick simple question. Have you removed the "failed" PS, and placed either of them in a known good router to make sure they are failed? Depending on how many routers are in your lot, it may not be unheard of. You did not state what types of routers or Power Supplies. Are they AC or DC. Using the same known good power source?

I have three router of the model 2911 the power supply I think that is AC.
