Cisco Business 250 Management Interface Intermittently Disconnects

Hello,

I am new to networking and have been unable to pin point the source of the issue. We have two CBS 250 devices that have been acting odd lately. 2-4 times a week the management interface would disconnect for about 5-20 mins. I've compared configurations to other CBS 250 devices we have at other sites and found no differences. 

We did run into issues when setting up the CBS 250. Smartport macro was enabled which caused some issues however, this feature was disabled and everything seemed to be working fine once disabled.

There are some people in the community reported kind of issue, i am not a big fan of smartport, so suggest to upgrade to latest firmware and stay away from smartport config if you can for stable working

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

Hello,

Thank you for the response. I am still encountering issues with the management interface disconnecting. Ran a packet capture and didn't see anything alarming. Any recommendations?
