Cisco ISR 4221 not accepting configuration command

Hi team my cisco router configuration suddenly got erased and when I wanted to reconfigure it it could not accept configuration commands apart from 'show' commands.

below is the output of the POST process and show version.

Hello,

I think your router is still in Plug and Play discovery mode :

*Jan 27 06:25:13.017: SDWAN INFO: PNP start, status: success

You would need to stop PnP before you are allowed to enter any commands.

pnpa service discovery stop 

After this you should be allowed to enter commands via "config-transaction".

router# config-transaction
