Serial number vManage

I have to pass the serial to the tac, use this command in vManage, is this the correct information or does anyone remember which command by cli, catalyst manager or both I can collect this information.

less probably TAC asks serial of certificate of vmanage. What is purpose and for what TAC asked for "serial"?

Are you attempting to open a TAC case, or is this part of a troubleshooting step? If it is the latter you can request to perform this through a webex session with the TAC engineer.
