Work in a hospital setting. My requirement is when a user interact the touch panel of an application , it calls the a specific internal phone number with a specific text read out . The end user does not like getting a phone call but rather like an e-mail.
So my question - can Cisco ucm make an Internal REST API or web service - connection which we can host internally within the organization.
Appreciate - if you can point to any Cisco documentation in this regard.
