Hi team,   I am trying to register the company that works on Smartnet Total Care, for use of the portal.   But of the contract error show not active or not associated with the profile.   It is associated with the profile and active the SNTC contract....

I have 2 cisco 3750 48 port switches and since they are now deprecated/out of warranty, I wanted to know if I purchased a smartnet contract from a vender would it be valid for my switches and for any possible ios updates?
