Cannot access SNTC portal

I have registered and have the "Customer Administrator" role and it has been well more than 24 hours (it's been several weeks) since the registration completed, yet I cannot use the portal.  When I sign in, it tells me that I don't have access and need to register.  When I click Register, it tells me I've already registered and have access, and redirects me to the first page, which again tells me I don't have access.  I contacted support and they told me there's an agreement I need to sign and that if I still have trouble, I need to post about it here.  I signed the agreement and there was no change to my portal access.  I'm still stuck in this loop.  I tried with different web browsers and get the same results.

To discard any Browser issue related to the BUG CSCwh61855, please try to access it using the Mozilla Firefox browser in private mode (follow the steps below).

steps:
a. cleaning cookies and caches
b. Open a private Mozilla session
c. try to access https://services.cisco.com

Likewise, please share with me in a private message the following information to validate internally:

1. CCOID/Email Address
2. Company Name:
3. CR-Party ID:
4. Company Address:
5. Is there any user with working access?
