i'm working at a company which is a gold partner with cisco.

and I want to recomend Cisco LoA to our customer, however I still don't understand the advantage for the custoemr side.

could you please let me know?

Yes, Letter of Authorization
Once the customer sign the paper, service provider can know what kind of HW, license they are using and also when it’s expired and EoS and EoL, however I still don’t understand what the advantage for the customer…

I appreciate if you could tell me the benefit for the end customer.
