CSPC locally collected, but does not upload to service portal.

CSPC installed, can collect inventory information locally, however, failed on upload information to service portal. Customer FW has been checked, did not see blockage (No drop or deny logs)

Some troubleshooting steps have been preformed, please help.

1. Services have been restarted.

2. Both CSPC and Service Portal Certificate have been checked, appears match.

3. wget and curl commands have been run. Output is in a file, please provide a way to upload the file - an email address or FTP server, It looks like that the PM could not attach the file.
