SNTC DA Problem

Dears,

I am trying to register SNTC CSPC collector. When i logged in to smartservice portal directly i don't have the Action tabs to add collector. I tried to register using SNTC contract using the below link

https://www.cisco.com/web/smartservices/sntc.html

Once i enter the required information i got the below error

"Your request has been forwarded to a Cisco agent


We are unable to process your request at this time. We have forwarded your request to a Cisco agent for investigation. The agent may reach out to you for additional information or clarifications. Please allow up to one business day for the agent to get back to you."

My account have SAMT access and i tried this multiple times and i didn't get any feedback.

Can you please help

If so, could you please share CCO ID, Contract# and Serial Number used for registration.
