Unable to remove unused collector

I have attempted many times to remove an old collector that is no longer in service.  I'm looking for assistance from someone at Cisco to get the unused/outdated collector removed.  The unused collector was running 2.5.2.1 at the time is was decommissioned.

Please private message me the company and specific inventory that you are trying to delete.  What steps have you taken to remove the old collector?
