Linksys switch not booting

I have a Linksys switch model SRW248G4P that is not booting. After connecting to the console, booting process stops imediately after loading the diagnostic image file. Is this switch toast? Anyone knows what is the warranty on this type of switch?

If purchased today,  the warranty on the older model SRW248G4P switch is 5 years.

The newer model switch srw248G4P-K9-xx  is also 5 years forward replacement. 

So check your service  entitlement with the small business Support center ;

Thanks David. I called support and the switch is still under warranty and it will be replaced.

Obviously the excellent support technicians at our Small Business Support Center, quickly determined that the product could not be fixed locally for a number of reasons. 

My apologies that you have to go through the time involved with the  replacement of your switch. 

Next time you need a low cost Small Business switch,  check out the rereshed  SRW series.   So many many new features, including Layer 3 switching, Green technology etc....enjoy
