ASIC Temperature Value: 0 Degree Celsius

I need a help to solve a question about my Cisco C3650-24PD, when I enter the command: show enviroment temperature status, it displays: ASIC Temperature Value: 0 Degree Celsius.

I just need to know if its a Hardware failure or IOS update issue, IOS Version =  03.06.04.E.

Most likely an IOS bug.
