Is the module working fine? If yes, than it could be a cosmetic bug.

BTW, the version of IOS you are running (12.2(33)SXI3) is at least 7 years old.

Not sure if there is documented bug. The best way to find out is to open a ticket with TAC and have them help you in figuring it out. They probably recommend an IOS upgrade.
