Cisco 6509 FWSM module

Hello guys,

I have a FWSM module that does not boot (it gets rebooted a few times by the diagnostic utility and then it powers off)

I'm able to boot it in maintenance mode and access it by session command and trying to follow "Installing Application Software from the Maintenance Partition" from here link

I got stuck at reaching the FWSM module from VLAN1, it just doesn't respond. Everything seems to be in order:

Interface to the FWSM and native VLAN

#sh firewall switch 1 module 1 state
Firewall module 1:

Switchport: Enabled
Administrative Mode: trunk
Operational Mode: static access
Administrative Trunking Encapsulation: negotiate
Operational Trunking Encapsulation: native
Negotiation of Trunking: Off
Access Mode VLAN: 1 (default)
Trunking Native Mode VLAN: 1 (default)
Trunking VLANs Enabled: 1
Pruning VLANs Enabled: 2-1001
Vlans allowed on trunk: 1
Vlans allowed and active in management domain: 1
Vlans in spanning tree forwarding state and not pruned:
1

#show firewall switch 1 module 1 traffic

Nothing seems to enable access to the FWSM module. Does any one managed to do this?

While searching for solutions I've found this post: https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/10999451/fwsm-boot-failure

so if someone has a working FWSM and is willing to share the CF image please let me know.

Thank you,
