We are planning to purchase some C9300 with a DNA center and everything with the DNA Advantage subscription.
I'm not understand if I need a an additional Smartnet contract or not.
According to this document I'm getting with the DNA Advantage subscription automatically also the "Embedded Support". And in this Embedded Support is everything include what I need. TAC access and software updates. Hardware defects can be handelt with the E-LLW (Enhanced Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty).
So for what I really need a SNTC? The only thing I see is, if I need for example a 4h hour hardware-replacement.
