I am not able to find the ip address

i have a Cisco sg300 24 port mange switch  i have done  factory rest  and now i am not able login .i have also tried to login from default ip address .Still i am not able to login to the console .

please help me

When it has been factory reset the system LED should flash and will be sign that is configured for dhcp, address will be 192.168.1.254. If it is static ip then LED will be solid. Default username and password should be cisco for both gui and cli

Sounds like the factory reset did not complete correctly.

Having done a FR on an SG300 before, I had to do it twice from memory before it actually worked.
