Increased SPAN (monitor) sessions in V15 IOS?

I was told by a TAC engineer in the past that the number of available monitor sessions would be increased from two to something greater than that upon upgrade of IOS to version 15.x.  I just upgraded my core 6509 VSS to 15.1(2)SY5 and there still seems to be a limit of two.  Was I told wrong, or is this possibly a licensing issue?  Thanks.

I am running s2t54-advipservicesk9_npe-mz.SPA.150-1.SY5.bin and have 80 available as below

Does it only show you 2 when you try to configure that ?

As you can see below, I currently have two Spans and one RSpan sessions configured.  When I attempt to configure another one, I get "Local Session limit has been exceeded"

Theres a restriction even on 15 , that's just 80 sessions but local span only 2 as well , as you can see rspan and erspan make up the rest
