LACP etherchannel between Cisco CAT6807 and FG1000D is in waiting mode

Hi everyone,

We have a pair of Cisco CAT6807 in VSS mode and a pair of FG-1000D in active standby mode. I've connected the Switch and Firewall in LACP mode. But in each pair of portchannels one of the members will go in waiting state. I have same connection with CAT6807 and FG-2500E and it works fine.

I've changed SFPs, ports, delete config and reconfig but problem will remain.

What's the problem?

@sina.naser any console logs on switch? errors or failures?

nothing even I have tried debug LACP packets. It's just normal messages like other operational portchannels

@sina.naser if same settings working for other model of firewalls, we can assume that switch side is working as expected. in that case you need to start debugging at fortigate side to understand if any errors or failures.
